Hi there! I'm Hailey, the tenaciously caffeinated brain behind Eaton Media.

 

I'm a visual storyteller, creative strategist, and passionate advocate for artists and brands trying to navigate modern marketing. Whether you're in need of a sleek corporate campaign, a cinematic music video, or branded content that actually gets people to stop strolling - I'm here to make your vision come to life (and bear the brunt those production headaches for you).​

My journey into this work started with little baby me in front of my dad's camcorder at ALL. TIMES. This instilled an infatuation about the way a single image or video could transport me, make me feel, and connect me to something bigger than myself. Growing up, I dove head-first into music and media. It wasn't just entertainment - it was a lifeline through some of the toughest times in a way that shaped me forever.​

Whether I’m working with a national brand or an indie artist, either behind the camera documenting the raw nature of a candid moment, producing a scripted video production, strategizing a marketing campaign, or managing a project from concept to completion - my goal is always the same: make compelling art, keep the process smooth, and (if at all possible) avoid setting off any fire alarms.

I've spent the last 6 years juggling wild ideas (successfully), directing people who "aren't great on camera" (they are), and making tight deadlines look easy (they aren't). My job is part creative, part logistical gymnastics, and occasionally, part therapist when a project gets stressful.

When I'm not behind the camera, you can find me snuggling with my pup (Nisha), head banging at a concert, binging True Crime, or spending quality time with my loved ones (I'm a sucker for yapping with the homies).
